At The Life Center, we are committed to providing a relaxing, restorative experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation policies.
1. Individual Sessions
Prepaid individual sessions are non-refundable once the session is completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in the loss of the session or a late cancellation fee.
2. Packages and Specials (e.g., 4 sessions for $199)
All packages and promotional offers (such as multi-session discounts) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages must be used by the stated expiration date (e.g., 4 sessions for $199 must be used by [Insert Date]).

Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to use your package due to medical or personal hardship, please contact us directly to discuss options. We evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Gift Cards and Certificates
All gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
They can be used toward any eligible service at The Life Center. Expiration dates and terms will be listed on the gift certificate.
4. Retail Products
If you purchase retail products through The Life Center and are unsatisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Online or Digital Purchases (if applicable)
If The Life Center offers digital content (e.g., guides, meditations, or audio recordings), these are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
